If you want the installation or uninstallation log to show
debug messages, you can turn on debug logging.
To enable debug installation logging:
- Log into the reference machine (the machine where
the configuration manager will be started on). Note that
enabling debugging from this machine will automatically enable debugging
on all target hosts listed in this configuration manager.
- From the location where the product's installation or removal
program is located, enter the following command:
IBM_CM_LOGLEVEL=7
export IBM_CM_LOGLEVEL
- Run the Content Manager EE configuration manager.
