Installing and upgrading Notes clients

Note: Beginning with release 8.5.2, Notes installation runs in verbose log file mode for all MSI installs (Notes installations) on the Windows platform. This automates verbose logging for the Notes install task and simplifies procurement of the verbose log files when administrators log install and upgrade support calls.
