Enable the command approval feature to require authorization for restricted commands

With IBM Spectrum Protect Version 8.1.9, you can configure servers to prevent certain commands from running until they are approved by another administrator.

Use the SET COMMANDAPPROVAL command to enable command approval, which requires an approval administrator to authorize certain restricted commands before they run. When this feature is enabled, restricted commands that are issued by an administrator are placed into a queue of pending commands. Pending commands are not processed until they are approved by a designated approval administrator. This feature prevents an inexperienced administrator from running a command that might have unintended consequences. For more experienced administrators, the command approval feature provides a peer-review process.
