Abstract

This document describes how to download and assemble IBM® Rational® Service Tester version 8.0 for Microsoft® Windows® and Linux®, using the Passport Advantage® Online Web Site.

Download Description

IBM Rational Service Tester for SOA Quality is a new product that replaces IBM Rational Tester for SOA Quality. You can create or record service tests that perform functional and performance assessments of most SOA applications that use WSDL files, XML content, or plain text. Service tests can be configured to comply with your own specific security or transport requirements, including HTTP, JMS, and IBM WebSphere MQ.

As problems are discovered and resolved, the knowledge base is updated. By searching the knowledge base, you can quickly find workarounds or solutions to problems.

Click the HTTP link in the Passport Advantage row of the Download Package table and follow the instructions provided at the Passport Advantage website to download the product.
